By signing in or using the Grace Optix app or portal, you agree to these terms. Grace Optix is the billing platform your internet provider uses to manage your account — your actual service agreement is with them.
Keep your sign-in credentials private. Account details are maintained by your provider — report anything incorrect to them. Submitting false payment information may lead to suspension.
Invoices follow your subscribed package and billing cycle. Payments (cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card, or other online methods) apply once verified; online payments may undergo review first. Unpaid invoices can lead to service suspension under your agreement with the provider. See our Refund Policy — payments are generally final.
Don't submit false payment or support claims, access another customer's account, interfere with platform security, or use the service unlawfully.
Tickets and messages are handled by your provider's staff; response times aren't guaranteed by these terms.
Your provider may suspend access for non-payment, fraud, or a breach of these terms. Stopping app use doesn't cancel your underlying internet subscription — that's governed separately by your service agreement.
The app/portal is provided as-is. Grace Optix isn't liable for connectivity issues or billing matters governed by your provider agreement, nor for indirect damages from using the app.
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
